These terms apply when you use Wadih, on the web or in the Wadih app. Wadih is operated by Zootric. By creating an account or using Wadih, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Wadih.

The Privacy page explains what happens to your data. It is part of these terms.

Wadih is an AI companion that offers general Islamic guidance for everyday life. Its answers are generated by AI. They aim to stay grounded in the Qur'an, the authentic Sunnah and established scholarship, and to show the sources they rely on, but they can be wrong or incomplete.

Wadih is not a mufti, a scholar or an imam, and its answers are not fatwas. For a serious or personal ruling, consult a qualified scholar who can examine the details of your situation.

Wadih is not a substitute for doctors, lawyers, therapists or emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

You need an account to use the chat. You can sign in with Apple, Google or a 6-digit code sent to your email. Keep access to your sign-in method secure: what is done with your account is your responsibility.

You can sign out, or delete your account, at any time from Settings in the chat.

Free includes 5 messages a day. Wadih Plus includes 50 messages a day. Your day resets at midnight in your time zone.

Crisis help is never limited. If you write about being in danger or in crisis after reaching your allowance, Wadih still shows crisis support and helplines.

Wadih Plus is a monthly subscription: US$9.99 a month on the web, or the price shown in the App Store or Google Play in the app. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price is shown before you subscribe.

On the web, payments are handled by our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from Settings in the chat (Manage subscription). Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

In the app, subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account. Deleting your Wadih account does not cancel a subscription made this way.

Refunds for purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Cancelling a web subscription stops future payments; payments already made are not refunded automatically. Nothing in these terms takes away a right to a refund that the law where you live gives you.

Use Wadih for your own guidance and learning. Do not use it to harm, harass or deceive anyone, or for anything unlawful.

Do not try to get around the daily allowance or the safety features, overload or disrupt the service, or access it with automated tools.

Do not present Wadih's answers as a fatwa, or as the words of a scholar or of Zootric.

Zootric may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

What you write stays yours. You allow Zootric to process it only to provide Wadih, as the Privacy page describes. Conversations are not used to train AI models.

You can report an answer from the chat. A report sends the reason, your note if you add one, and the text of that answer.

Wadih may change, pause or stop features. These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Wadih after a change, the updated terms apply.

Wadih is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or that its answers will be correct or complete. To the extent the law allows, Zootric is not responsible for decisions you make based on its answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be limited.
